Intel Makes History with High-NA EUV Chip Production!

Intel has become the first chipmaker to ship high-volume logic products using High-NA EUV lithography, outpacing TSMC by years. The Core Ultra Series 3 processors, built on the 18A process node, utilize ASML's advanced EXE:5000 scanner. This technology enables sub-10 nanometer feature resolution. While Intel selectively uses High-NA for certain layers, plans for broader adoption in their 14A process are underway.
