Amazon Web Services has made history by becoming the first cloud service to gain approval for handling NATO-restricted information across all member nations. This significant milestone was achieved through compliance with NATO's D32 directive and assessments by Spain's National Cryptologic Center. AWS can now support NR-capable systems in its 15 NATO-regions. Additionally, it received clearance for handling Spain's DL classified information. The approval streamlines security processes and enhances NATO's technology options, paving the way for greater resilience and agility.
