Europe Unites Quantum Networks for Secure Communication!

Deutsche Telekom and AIT have been appointed to lead the PETRUS2 and HarmoniQCI projects, crucial steps toward integrating Europe’s 26 national quantum networks. This initiative aims to create a cohesive quantum communication infrastructure by 2030. The EuroQCI will utilize quantum key distribution to enhance security against future threats. The projects will address interoperability challenges, paving the way for enhanced collaboration across EU member states.
