Salesforce developing AI-driven workflow tools for automating business tasks

Salesforce is creating new generative AI-driven workflow tools that allow users to enter plain text requests for automated tasks. The company is using a combination of its Data Cloud, Einstein GPT and Flow tools to produce the systems, which can create SQL queries, move work between systems and combine data triggers. The early-stage tools include Einstein GPT and Data Cloud for Flow and will allow automated task setting for many purposes, including creating reports or writing emails. The project is expected to enter early beta in June and be released early next year.
