Loopin raises $1.9M for its AI platform to monitor workplace morale

Loopin, a Bristol-based startup, has raised £1.6 million ($1.9m) seed funding from angel investors for its employee well-being platform. Loopin uses chatbots combined with Open AI’s ChaptGPT to assess the mood of employees and generate predictive behavioural analytics, measuring and forecasting morale. The platform then provides personalised coaching to team leaders to boost morale and performance. Loopin already has 40 customers, including Farfetch, JD Sports and Reed, and sees itself as a marketplace for performance coaching inside businesses. With the post-pandemic need to track staff morale, companies can benefit from the actionable insights Loopin provides.
