China’s AI-controlled satellite stares at mysterious areas

Researchers believe that AI could play a vital role by performing complex tasks such as image processing and collision avoidance without breaking mission planning rules. Meanwhile, concerns have been raised over the latest actions of Qimingxing 1, which seems to demonstrate a keen interest in military activity.
