Cortana App to No Longer Be Supported in Windows After 2023.
As of late 2023, Cortana in Windows will no longer be supported as a standalone app, however, Microsoft will still provide Cortana in Outlook mobile, Teams mobile, Microsoft Teams display, and Microsoft Teams rooms. Users can access productivity features for task, calendar, and email in alternative ways available on Windows and Edge that offer increased AI capabilities, such as Voice access in Windows 11, new AI-powered Bing, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Windows Copilot that provide centralized AI assistance. Microsoft is dedicated to innovating and utilizing AI to help users work smarter and faster.
