Meta Quest Now Doubles as HDMI Device Screen

Meta has introduced the Meta Quest HDMI Link app, allowing Quest headsets to display video from HDMI devices like consoles and streaming boxes with the use of a 1080p capture card costing less than $20. This feature provides a big screen experience at 1080p resolution and 60fps without the need for a projector, offering a budget-friendly alternative to single-purpose video glasses.
