Google has launched Deep Research, an AI tool enabling users to instruct the Gemini bot to conduct online research and produce detailed reports. Currently available only to Gemini Advanced subscribers, the tool generates a multi-step research plan and provides key findings with source links. Users can customize reports and export them to Google Docs, marking a significant step towards agentic AI.
