Google Cloud has announced the Security AI Workbench, an extensible platform powered by a specialized, security large language model (LLM), Sec-PaLM, at the RSA Conference 2023. Designed to address top security challenges like threat overload, toilsome tools, and the talent gap, this industry-first platform features partner plug-in integrations to bring threat intelligence and critical security functionality to customers. The VirusTotal Code Insight and Mandiant Breach Analytics for Chronicle are among the new releases that leverage generative AI to offer customers improved threat detection and risk management capabilities. Security AI Workbench is built on Google Cloud's Vertex AI infrastructure, ensuring data privacy commitments to customers.
