TSMC Expands AI Chip Production with New Fabs in Taiwan!

TSMC will establish three advanced packaging fabs in Phase II of the Chiayi Science Park, aiming to enhance AI chip production amid rising demand. This expansion follows the successful launch of two facilities in Phase I. The project is expected to generate over NT$300bn annually and create 9,000 jobs. TSMC also reported record revenue of T$1.27tn. The company remains Asia’s most valuable business.
