Researchers from Berlin's HZB have unveiled an all-perovskite triple-junction solar cell boasting a record 27.3% efficiency and over 90% stability after 770 hours of continuous operation. By replacing the conventional hole transport layer with a graphene oxide and self-assembled monolayer bilayer, the team eliminated critical degradation factors. This breakthrough positions perovskite technology for flexible solar applications, despite the need for further commercial viability tests.
