Reflection AI Launches Beam: The Next Big Thing in Open-Weight Models!

Reflection AI, backed by Nvidia, has launched Beam, its first open-weight model designed for coding, reasoning, and agentic tasks. With 501 billion parameters and a context window of one million tokens, Beam competes well against existing models while being more efficient. Pretrained on 23.8 trillion tokens, it scored impressively on key benchmarks. Beam's weights will be released later this month under an Apache 2.0 license.
