Isar Aerospace's Spectrum Rocket Makes History with European Launch

Isar Aerospace successfully launched its Spectrum rocket from Andøya Spaceport today, marking a historic milestone as the first vertical orbital rocket launch in Western Europe. Unfortunately, the rocket lost control shortly after liftoff, crashing into the ocean. Despite this setback, Isar's CEO deemed the launch a success for data collection. The company plans to produce 40 rockets per year and aims to conduct 15 missions annually from Andøya.
