Infogrid has raised $90 million in a Series B funding round led by Northzone and AO Proptech. Infogrid uses AI to gather and analyze data on air quality, occupancy, and energy consumption for building monitoring. The platform helps property managers optimize building performance using IoT sensors. Infogrid uses the funds to drive expansion, product development, and customer acquisition. CEO William Cowell de Gruchy said that the startup collected almost 4 billion data points per month, scaling from 500 million in the previous year. Infogrid competes with firms like Aquicore, BrainBox, and Mesa.
