AI Revolutionizes X-ray Data Processing at DOE Labs

Researchers at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory have drastically reduced the time for X-ray data annotation from weeks to just 15 minutes using Meta's open-source AI models, SAM 3 and DINOv3. This advancement enables real-time analysis of complex samples during experiments.
