OpenAI's ChatGPT back up after global outage
ChatGPT, OpenAI's language model-powered chatbot website, experienced a major outage on Thursday morning for about an hour. The root cause was elevated database CPU usage, which impacted the site for several hours. OpenAI resolved the issue and offered an explanation in their incident report. ChatGPT has had about one major outage per month since its launch. It's unclear if ChatGPT mobile app was affected.
