Nebius Secures $700M Funding Led by Nvidia to Expand AI Infrastructure

Amsterdam-based Nebius has raised $700 million in private equity, spearheaded by Nvidia and Accel. This funding will facilitate the issuance of 33.3 million Class A shares at $21 each. The company aims to invest over $1 billion in Europe by mid-2025, enhancing its AI-centric cloud platform. Nebius plans its first GPU cluster in the U.S., with ambitions following Yandex’s divestment from Russia.
